Online courses are a great way to learn at home or office. Many online courses available on the internet are prepared by top technical or management universities of the world and offer very good content at the click of a mouse. Coursera is one of my favorite. It has topics covering so many diverse aspect like finance, management, technology, coding, agriculture, security and many more. Some of the courses give certification at the end. The video lectures are of great quality. The notes and materials available alongside provide very elaborate references.
MIT opencourseware offers free videos, notes, lectures from MIT classes. You get to view the same class content as taught in some of the ongoing curriculum at MIT.

EdX is offering by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Harvard University. It offers online lectures covering diverse topics.
Pluralsight is based on paid subscription model. It has been applauded by many st

The Open Yale Courseswebsite provides free courses from the faculty at Yale University. The video lectures available are same as taught in classrooms and are available in video, audio, and text formats. People looking for a degree or certification would be disappointed as it does not provide them at the completion of the course.
Udacity is similar to cousera. You will be given assignments and feedback based on your performance along with the regular material like video lectures and notes. Certifications are also awarded at end of Couse completion. The faculty is not from one single university but from across the globe. The courses related to computer sciences are very helpful.
UC Berkeley publishes a webcast for the students around the globe. You will be able to find plethora of courses on the site which are taught at UC Berkeley.
OpenCourseWare (OCW) Consortium
The OpenCourseWare (OCW) Consortium is a freely licensed digital content provider of college and universities courses. The courses are available to anyone. Students and professors can take advantage of the available material and tools on the site.
