Rapoo T6 wireless mouse looks stunning. That’s the first impression you get when you see the gorgeous wireless mouse. It closely resembles the Apple Magic mouse. In fact it is almost same in functionality and usage as Apple’s magic mouse with little pro and cons. Rapoo is a well recognized brand for making good PC accessories. Its products are of decent quality and serve well for long time. I am going to review Rapoo T6 mouse in this post. Lets find our if its a worth buy.
Design & Use of Rapoo T6 Wireless Mouse
The Rapoo T6 wireless mouse do not have any buttons or scroll wheel unlike conventional mouse. It has touch sensitive glossy surface which can enable you to left and right click with breeze. Scrolling up and down can also be easily done using touch based scrolling ( upward and downward motion). Rapoo T6 supports back and forward pressing using two finger swipe on the front surface of the mouse. The mouse supports a 1000 DPI sensitivity which should suffice most users. Hard code gamers should try it before purchasing as I would not recommend it to gamers who require very fast scrolling and high sensitivity for quick movements.
Lastly, its quite slim and light. I could also discuss its wireless range but putting it short, it has enough range to serve you. After all, it’s a mouse, not a headphone which you will be using far away from your system. Overall, Rapoo designers have done a good job. The downside is sometimes the vertical scrolling is not very smooth. I use scroll wheel a lot, so Rapoo T6 could not match that much comfort like a conventional mouse for me but after using it for few days you get used to it.
The quality of the mouse is good. It looks very nice. The shiny surface do attract some dust. The mouse could be easily used on any surface which is a thumbs up. I have reviewed many mouse which do not work well on all surface. The plastic appears to be sturdy and theoretically should not break very easily. I did not perform any drop test (of course !! ) but it appears and feel sturdy.
Rapoo T6 mouse require one traditional AA battery. Since it only use single battery it won’t last very last. I still prefer single battery since it greatly reduces its weight and makes it much more comfortable to use. Moreover, it is not a big pain to recharge or replace a battery in few months.
If you are looking for a good quality wireless mouse which looks amazing and you don’t mind spending few more bucks than ordinary mouse then you could pick Rapoo T6 wireless mouse.
